    Who is Mayra Hall?

    Mayra Hall is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. She is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Now, she resides and works in the Bay Area, providing fitness sessions at home as part of the team of fitness trainer and Grand Master, Josh Kostiuk.

    How long has she been a personal trainer in the Bay Area?

    Mayra has been a part of the fitness, health, and wellness industry for a long time. She moved to the Bay Area in 2012 and has been providing group and personal fitness sessions to clients ever since. She specializes in weight loss programs, and helps clients reach their goals through various techniques including circuit training, HIIT, bootcamps, as well as strength and functional training exercises.

    What made her become a personal fitness trainer?

    Mayra discovered the joys of fitness and fitness training years ago when she began to learn Muay Thai. What started as a single sport soon turned into a passion. Her desire to learn more exercise forms and styles led her to the professional world of fitness and health. And she hasn’t looked back since. Today, she provides personal fitness sessions to clients at home and at their offices so that she can help others discover good health.

    Where did she get her fitness training and personal trainer qualifications?

    Mayra is an ACE Certified Health Coach and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is trained and has practiced Muay Thai, spinning, long distance running, and handball as well. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Taubate in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

    Does she provide personal training to any specific groups?

    Mayra enjoys working with different people and helping them achieve their many different health goals. Keen on always expanding her knowledge and training, she finds it easy to give fitness training to people of all ages and backgrounds, and with different expectations and goals. Currently, she provides personal training to people across San Francisco and the entire Bay Area, with a focus on people who require certified fitness trainers coming home.

    Mayra believes that, through personal fitness training, she can work with people to improve the quality of their lives and help them achieve the long term benefits of a health and fitness program.
